For the second year 3rd and 4th semester hours, the subjects are financial management, family business management, the advanced study of the subjects which are taught to students in the first year, and the project work.

Apart from all these soft skills and personality development, professional behavior and grooming skills, writing selling, and conversation skills are also taught to students to make their personality more suitable for managerial job roles.

Most of the private colleges in India take direct admissions to this program however some higher-ranking colleges also take entrance exams to provide admission in this particular course and the rest of the admission procedure is the same for all the colleges. In the entrance exams of the course, they may take a written test, personal interview rounds, group discussion performance, etc.
