The NDA is the Indian Armed Forces’ joint assistance academy, where successful applicants from all three systems, the Army, Navy, and Air Force, receive basic training together. After completing basic training at the NDA, applicants are assigned to their corresponding educational institutions for pre-commissioning training. The NDA exam is held twice a year, in April and September, by the Union National Commission.
Previously, the NDA was only used to pick male candidates’ services; however, since 2021, UPSC has allowed female candidates to take the exam. NDA 2022 Application form
Applicants must complete the NDA 2022 Registration Form in an online mode. Offline access to the Registration Form will be unavailable. Applicants are advised to review the data brochure posted on the official website by the official authorities.
Along with the knowledge brochure, applicants should review and satisfy the qualifying criteria established by the officials responsible. Then, before filling out the NDA 2022 Registration Form, the applicants must have all of the documents required on hand.
Applicants should also have scanned images of their passport-size photographs on hand, as well as their signature approved in black ink on white paper. To obtain the Registration Form, candidates must go to the UPSC’s official website.

- The fee structure for a candidate from the General Category is Rs 100/-.

NDA 2022 Eligibility Criteria
Before trying to apply for the admissions test, applicants are required to meet the NDA 2022 Qualifying Criteria listed below.
- Nationality: The NDA 2022 admission test is open to Indian nationals, Nepalese subjects, Bhutanese subjects, and Tibetan refugees who arrived in India before January 1, 1962, to permanently settle in India.
- To apply for the admissions test, applicants must have completed their HSC exams or Midlevel or comparable exams from a recognized state board or university that follows the 10 + 2 education system.
- Required Subjects: Mathematics and Physics must be taken as compulsory subjects in the qualification exams.
- Minimum Marks: To be admitted to the institution, applicants from the General category must obtain a minimum of 50% in the assessment test.
- Applicants who are taking the examination: Applicants who are taking the final exam also are qualified to obtain the admissions test.
NDA 2022 Exam Pattern
- Exam Mode: The exam will be conducted in an offline (pen and paper) format.
- Number of Segments: There will be two parts to the paper: Mathematics and General Ability.
- Exam time allotment: Applicants will have 5 hours to finish the exam (2 hours 30 minutes each for Mathematics and GA section).
- Types of questions: The paper will include questions that can be answered.
- Language of the Paper: The paper would be bilingual (in English and Hindi).
- Marking trend: For each incorrect answer, 33 percent of the total marks will be deducted.
Syllabus

NDA 2022 Admit Card
Applicants who wish to take the NDA entrance tests must obtain their NDA 2022 Hall Ticket, as applicants who do not have their NDA 2022 Hall Ticket will not be permitted to take the admission test in the exam room.
The applicant’s identity card is the NDA 2022 Admit Card, which includes basic details such as the applicant’s name, registration number, date of birth, picture, sign, and gender. The Admit Card also includes exam-related information such as the exam date, time, and location, among other things.
NDA 2022 Result
After the Exam, the written test results will be published around a month later, along with the identities of applicants who have been shortlisted for the interview round. After the SSB Interview process, the committee will release the merit slate of nominees selected for admittance to the NDA’s Army, Navy, and Air Force wings, as well as the NDA’s Indian Naval Academy Courses (INAC) for the 150th and 112th Indian Naval Academy Courses (INAC).
NDA 2022 Merit List and Counseling
Merit List
