Downloadable Products
We offer downloadable digital products such as PDFs. Due to the nature of these products, we have a no refund or return policy for all downloadable products once they have been downloaded. Please ensure you review product descriptions carefully before making a purchase.
No Refunds on Digital Products:
- Once the digital product has been downloaded, we are unable to offer any refunds or returns.
Merchandise Products
For physical products such as printed t-shirts, caps, mugs, and other merchandise, we offer a 7-day return and refund policy. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Return Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 7 days of receipt.
- The product should be unused and in its original packaging.
- The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.
Refund Process:
- Once we receive the returned merchandise, we will inspect it.
- Refunds will be processed within 3 business days after the return is accepted.
- Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (the same account used for the purchase).
