The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education (APSCHE) and Department of Technical Education have officially commenced the Final Phase Web Counselling for AP EAPCET 2026 (MPC Stream). Candidates qualified in the entrance examination seeking admission into first-year B.E., B.Tech, B.Pharmacy, and Pharm-D courses across engineering and pharmacy colleges in Andhra Pradesh can now register, pay processing fees, and exercise web options at cap.apcfss.in.
AP EAPCET 2026 MPC Final Phase Counselling Schedule
APSCHE has notified the complete timeline for registration, document verification, web options, and seat allotment as follows:

Eligibility Criteria to Participate in Final Phase
The following categories of candidates are eligible to participate in the AP EAPCET 2026 final round:
- Unallotted Candidates: Candidates who secured an AP EAPCET rank but did not get a seat in Phase 1.
- Fresh Registrations: Candidates who qualified the entrance exam but did not register or pay the processing fee in Phase 1.
- Seat Betterment Seekers: Candidates who secured a seat in Phase 1, completed self-reporting, but wish to upgrade to a higher-preference college or branch.
- Candidates Who Did Not Report in Phase 1: Candidates who were allotted a seat in Phase 1 but cancelled or failed to report within the prescribed deadline.
Processing Fee Structure
Candidates registering afresh in the Final Phase must pay the non-refundable counselling processing fee online:
- OC / BC Category Candidates: Rs. 1,200/-
- SC / ST Category Candidates: Rs. 600/-
- Note: Candidates who already paid the processing fee in Phase 1 are not required to pay again.
Mandatory Document Checklist for Verification
Ensure the following scanned certificates are available for digital verification:
- AP EAPCET 2026 Rank Card and Hall Ticket.
- Class 10th (SSC) & Intermediate (Class 12th) Marksheets and Passing Certificates.
- Study / Bonafide Certificates from Class 6th to Intermediate.
- Transfer Certificate (TC) issued by the intermediate college.
- Integrated Community Certificate (Caste Certificate) for BC / SC / ST candidates issued through MeeSeva.
- EWS Certificate issued by Tahsildar (if applicable).
- Residence / Domicile Certificate and Parent's Income Certificate (for fee reimbursement under JVD).
Step-by-Step Instructions to Register and Submit Web Options
Follow these steps on the official CAP portal to participate in the Final Phase:
- Navigate to the official portal at cap.apcfss.in.
- Click on "Candidate Registration (Final Phase)" and enter your AP EAPCET Hall Ticket Number and Date of Birth.
- Pay the processing fee through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI (if not paid earlier).
- Check the status of certificate verification; if prompted, upload missing documents or visit the nearest Help Line Centre (HLC).
- After successful verification, click on "Web Options Entry".
- Select your preferred districts, universities, private colleges, and engineering branches.
- Arrange the options in strict descending order of priority, save the selections, and take a printout of the submitted option list.
