Eligibility Criteria & Category-Wise Counselling Fee
The Final Phase is open to several categories of eligible aspirants:
- Eligible Candidates: Candidates who secured a rank in TS ICET 2026 but did not secure a seat in Phase 1, candidates who were not allotted any seat, candidates who did not participate in Phase 1, or those who confirmed their Phase 1 seat and now wish to upgrade to a higher-preference college.
- Processing Fee: Rs. 1,200/- for OC / BC / EWS candidates and Rs. 600/- for SC / ST candidates (payable online via Net Banking, Debit Card, Credit Card, or UPI). Note: Candidates who already paid the processing fee in Phase 1 do not need to pay again.
Important Rules for Exercising Web Options in Final Phase
Candidates must take note of these critical counselling regulations before submitting preferences:
- Fresh Web Options Mandatory: Web options submitted during Phase 1 will not be carried over to the Final Phase. All candidates must enter and prioritize fresh college preferences on August 18–19.
- Automatic Seat Cancellation on Upgradation: If a candidate is allotted a new seat in the Final Phase, their previous Phase 1 allotment will stand automatically cancelled, and the vacated seat will be allocated to another candidate. The tuition fee paid in Phase 1 will be adjusted towards the new college.
- Seat Retention Rule: If no seat is allotted in the Final Phase, the candidate will retain their confirmed Phase 1 allotment (provided they completed tuition payment and self-reporting by August 14).

- Visit the official portal at tgicet.nic.in.
- Click on "Candidate Registration" and enter your TS ICET Hall Ticket Number, Registration Number, and Date of Birth.
