2. Round 1 Upgradation Norms: Candidates who were admitted in Round 1 and secured an upgraded seat in Round 2 will have their Round 1 seat automatically vacated and allotted to the next candidate. 3. Willingness for Round 3 Upgradation: Candidates who join their Round 2 allotted seat can submit their willingness to participate in Round 3 for further institutional upgradation.
4. Anti-Seat Blocking Directive: Candidates who join their allotted seat in Round 2 cannot resign after the permitted reporting window and will be barred from participating in state quota counselling to prevent dual seat holding per Supreme Court orders.
