Dual Reporting Mandate & Admission Regulations

- Mandatory Dual Reporting: Admission is deemed legally valid only if the candidate completes BOTH online self-reporting via candidate login to generate the Joining Report and physical in-person reporting at the allotted institute with original certificates. Failing to complete either step will result in automatic seat forfeiture.
- Automatic Cancellation on Upgradation: For candidates admitted in Phase 1 who secure an upgraded seat in the Final Phase, the earlier allotment is cancelled automatically and cannot be reclaimed. Upgraded candidates must collect original documents from their previous college and report to the newly allotted college by September 27.
- Final Centralized Round: This concludes the centralized convenor quota counselling for BiPC stream courses. Leftover vacant seats will be transferred to colleges for institutional spot admissions.
- Jagananna Vidya Deevena (JVD) Scheme: Eligible students from reserved and economically disadvantaged categories with valid white ration cards or income certificates are entitled to complete tuition fee reimbursement as per state norms.
