CBSE Board Exam 2027 LOC Submission Schedule & Deadlines
Schools and candidates must adhere to the official registration calendar established by CBSE:

- APAAR ID Integration: Schools must mandatorily fetch and link the 12-digit Automated Permanent Academic Account Registry (APAAR) ID for all Indian students appearing in Grade X and Grade XII.
- Parental Consent: Schools are directed to obtain formal consent from parents/guardians before generating or linking the APAAR ID through the UDISE+ ecosystem.
- DigiLocker Synchronization: Accurate APAAR linkage ensures seamless digital issuance of board admit cards, marksheets, migration certificates, and skill certifications directly into students' DigiLocker accounts.
CBSE LOC 2026–27 Examination Fee Structure
The examination fee schedule for Indian schools is outlined below:
- Standard Examination Fee (5 Subjects): Rs. 1,600/- per candidate for Class 10 and Class 12.
- Additional / Optional Subject Fee: Rs. 320/- per subject per candidate.
- Class 12 Practical Examination Fee: Rs. 160/- per practical subject per candidate.
- Late Fee Penalty: Rs. 2,000/- per student in addition to the standard exam fee for submissions made after the regular closing date.
- Visually Impaired Students: Complete exemption from examination fees for all blind candidates studying in CBSE-affiliated schools.
Key Compliance Guidelines for Schools and Parents
To ensure error-free registration and prevent discrepancies on final admit cards, CBSE has mandated the following verification steps:
- Demographic Verification: Spellings of student names, mother's name, father's name, and date of birth must match exactly with the school admission withdrawal register and Class 10 passing certificate (for Class 12 students).
- Correct Subject Codes: Ensure accurate selection between Standard Mathematics (041) and Basic Mathematics (241) for Class 10, and appropriate skill/elective subjects for Class 12 streams. No subject change requests will be entertained after final LOC submission.
- Mandatory 75% Attendance Rule: Only students maintaining a minimum of 75% classroom attendance as of January 1, 2027, will be granted board admit cards. Shortage cases must have valid medical or compassionate approval.
