The following are the eligibility requirements-
- Applicants must be citizens of India.
- Applicants with parents who live in Bihar on a permanent basis are eligible to apply.
- Applicants whose parents are registered Bihar state refugees are also eligible to apply.
- Applicants whose parents work for the Bihar government are also eligible.
- Applicants whose parents are Indian government designated employees or Indian government designated employees in undertakings/institutions in Bihar are also eligible to apply.
- Applicants with parents who work for the government and are currently assigned to Bihar are also eligible.
