Two-Step Admission Formalities: Self-Reporting & Physical Reporting
Candidates must successfully complete both mandatory admission steps to confirm their engineering seat:
- Step 1: Online Self-Reporting: Candidates must log into the portal, click on the "Self-Reporting System" link, accept the seat, and download the Joining Report along with the Provisional Allotment Order.
- Step 2: Physical College Reporting: Candidates must submit the Joining Report, Allotment Order, and original certificates at the assigned college before August 15, 2026. Failure to complete both steps will result in automatic cancellation of the allotted seat.
Mandatory Certificates for Physical Verification at Allotted College
Carry the following original documents along with two sets of self-attested photocopies during physical reporting:
- AP EAPCET 2026 Rank Card & Hall Ticket.
- Provisional Allotment Order & Self-Reporting Joining Report printed from the portal.
- Class 10th (SSC) & Class 12th (Intermediate) Marksheets and Passing Certificates.
- Study Certificates from Class 6th to Intermediate.
- Transfer Certificate (TC) issued by the last attended institute.
- Integrated Community Certificate (Caste Certificate) for BC / SC / ST candidates issued by MeeSeva.
- EWS Certificate issued by Tahsildar (if applicable under Jaganna Vidya Deevena fee reimbursement).
- Local Status / Residence Certificate and Aadhaar Card.
Step-by-Step Instructions to Download Allotment Order
Follow these steps on the official APSCHE portal to check your seat allocation and download documents:
- Navigate to the official AP EAPCET portal at cap.apcfss.in.
- Click on the link reading "AP EAPCET 2026 Phase 1 Seat Allotment Result".
- Enter your EAPCET Hall Ticket Number and Date of Birth.
- Click on "Submit" to open your candidate allotment dashboard.
- Review the assigned College Name, Branch, Category Allotment, and Fee Reimbursement status.
- Click on "Self-Reporting", complete the online confirmation, and download both the Allotment Letter and Joining Report for physical college reporting.
