UTET 2023 Eligibility Criteria
The following are the eligibility criteria:
Primary Exam for Grades 1 to 5
- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 50% marks, a minimum of 45 percent in 12th grade, and two years of primary school training under the National Teacher Education Council.
- Higher secondary school diploma with a minimum of 50% marks and a two-year
- Diploma in Elementary Education (D.EL.Ed/BTC)
- 2-year Diploma (D.EL.Ed) from IGNOU for Shiksha Mitra personnel (Indira Gandhi National Open University)
Upper Primary Exam for Grade 6 to 8
- According to NTEC rules, a B. Ed. graduate with a minimum of 45 percent is required.
- With a bachelor’s degree or four years in BA/B.Sc or BA Ed/B.Sc Ed, you’ll need a bachelor’s degree in any subject with a minimum of 50% grades.
- The candidate must be at least 18 years old, but not older than 38.
UTET 2023 Exam Pattern
The UTET 2023 Exam Pattern for Paper I & Paper-II may be found in the table below:
- Offline mode will be used for the exam (OMR-based).
- 2 hours and 30 minutes are allotted for the exam’s duration.
- An English and a Hindi test (except for the language section)
