Gujarat B.Sc. Nursing 2022 Application Form 

• Before filing the application form applicants are requested to read carefully all the important instructions related to the application form. 
• To apply for getting admission to B.Sc. Nursing courses offered by Medical Professional Education Courses Government applicants need to fill out and submit the application form before the due date.
• Applicants must also meet the eligibility criteria set by the Professional Examination board to get admission Into B.Sc. Nursing Course. 
• Applicants will not get admission who do not meet the eligibility criteria.
• Candidates must have to go on the official webpage of Medical Professional Education Courses Government of Gujarat, Gandhinagar.
• There will be the link of ‘Pin Registration’ on the official website on which applicants have to click. 
• Applicants have to fill in the required details such as HSC seat number, candidate name, email id and click on the “Pay” button to purchase. 
• After entering these details enter the serial number of the pin, email address, etc., and the user id, password, the pin will be provided to the candidates.  
• By using user id, password, pin, candidates can fill the application form with all the required details such as personal, address, and qualifications details. 
• After that, applicants have to upload their required documents such as photographs and signatures in the prescribed format. 
• The OTP will be sent to the candidates on their registration number for confirmation. 
• After that applicants need to fill the application form by entering the necessary details as needed.
• Once all the details are filled in the form applicants need to upload scanned images of passport size photograph and signature in the application form in specified size and format. 
• For the reference of the applicants, a specified size and format will be mentioned on the official website. 
• After that applicants are requested to check the information that they have provided in the application form. 
• And then applicants need to pay the application fee. 
• After that, the last step is to submit the application form. 
• Candidates must take a printout of the filled application form After submitting the form. 

How to Purchase PIN

Application Fee 

• Applicants will get the application form by purchasing the PIN online mode. 
• They have to pay Rs.200/- for the application fee.

• Class 12th Certificates.
• Class 10th Certificates.
• School Leaving Certificate/Transfer Certificate/Birth Certificate.
• Caste Certificate (If Required).
• EWS Category Certificate (After 13th September 2019).
• SEBC Category Certificate (After 1st April 2019).

Gujarat B.Sc. Nursing 2022 Eligibility Criteria 

Educational Qualification:  

• For Admission into B.Sc. Nursing applicants need to pass HSC (Higher Secondary Examination) in the science stream from a recognized board.

Compulsory Subject:

• Candidates must have physics, chemistry, biology along with English as a mandatory subject in the HSC exams.

Appearing Applicants: 

• Applicants who are appearing for the final exam of the HSC in the current year are also eligible to apply for the admission procedure.

• After receiving all the application forms from the Candidates, official authorities will be preparing a merit list for the Students.
• The information which is provided by the candidates related to the marks achieved by them in the past qualifying academics exams, authorities will prepare the merit list.

• Basically, the merit list will contain the names of the applicants who are nominated by the authorities for admission.
