Master of Urban Design

Master of Urban Design (MUD) course is designed on a studio-based curriculum which allows students to explore various design strategies in a variety of settings and scales. This course is in the discipline of design and management of ever-evolving huge cities that are driven by Urbanisation, Global economies, and ever-changing technological updations. The MUD program is offered for two years with a special focus on urban designs at all possible scales. This is a post-professional course. It integrates design studios with various courses in urban design theory and history, public policy, and Economics.

Master of Urban Design – (MUD) Eligibility Criteria 

Specific eligibility criteria needed to be fulfilled by candidates for appearing in the MUD course. The essential minimum eligibility criteria include:-

•  Candidates should have cleared their Class 12 preferably from the Arts stream.
• Candidate should have completed their undergraduate degree in design such as B.U.D. (Bachelor of Urban Design), B.Arch or B. Plan from a recognized institution. 
• Students should have scored at least 55% or more in their undergraduate degree.

Entrance Exam for Master of Urban Design – (MUD) 

As you know this is a postgraduate degree so this is very necessary for a student to complete their bachelor’s degree in the B.Arch and then take the participation in the entrance exams. For taking admission in this course this is very necessary to participate in this entrance.
