Application Form for NATA 2024
The application form for NATA 2024 has been released online mode on the official website of NATA. The application form for paper 1 candidates has been released on 1st March 2024. The last date to fill out this application form will be in April.
Application fees for NATA 2024
Application fees for NATA 2024 are different for different categories. For the general category, it is rupees 2000 for one test and rupees 4000 for two tests. SC/ ST/ PwD enjoys a rebate of rupees 500 for both papers. That means they have to pay only rupees 1500 for one test and rupees 3000 for two tests.

Eligibility Criteria for NATA 2024
Council of Architecture (CoA) updates the eligibility criteria for NATA every year on their official website nata.nic.in. The students who wish to give this exam should keep an eye on the eligibility criterion for this exam. Eligibility criteria for NATA may change year to year depending upon the latest education demands. Many factors like education, marks, age limitation, etc. are the norms on which an applicant has to be stand out to give this exam.
- The aspirants must have Physics, chemistry, and maths as the main subjects in their higher secondary school.
- Candidates should have scored at least 50% out of the total marks in their 10+2 schooling and also 50% aggregate in physics, chemistry, and mathematics.
- Students who are about to appear in their 10 + 2 examinations in the present year 2024 are also eligible to give the NATA exam. Note that their results will be declared only after the successful result declaration of their higher secondary schooling.
- Students who have completed 3 years diploma course with maths as their main subject are also eligible for this exam.
Note that no lateral admission is allowed from any other branch of any other year of B.Arch.
Admit Card for NATA 2024
Admit card is very much important for any type of entrance exam. NATA also provides you with an admit card for your convenience and identification at the exam center. It is very important to carry your admit card when you are going to the given exam. The invigilator will not allow you in the exam hall until and unless you don’t have your admit card.
Also in the online test, you must have you admit card to scan the QR code given in your admit card to access your exam portal. Council of Architecture announces the admit card release dates on their official website. How to download the Admit Card for NATA 2024?
- At the very first you have to visit the official website of NATA which is nata.in.
- Then log in to your National Aptitude Test in Architecture application form account by using your ID and password which was given to you through email.

What is the Syllabus for NATA 2024?
The syllabus of NATA is divided into three sections the first is drawing and then mathematics after that comes general aptitude.
Drawing
For the drawing test, you have to be very clear about geometric composition understanding of scale measurements and proportion of objects. You should know the geometrical and abstract types of patterns. You should also know 2D and 3D types of drawing for union, subtraction, rotation, and volumes. The concepts of drawing should be very clear to you. Your visualization power should be high to draw or any object or equipment.
Mathematics
In mathematics, you should have your concepts clear about the chapters like trigonometry, co-ordinate geometry – both dimensional and non-dimensional, calculus, algebra, probability, etc.
General Aptitude
Hear they judge your mental ability to speak about the three-dimensional properties of an object just by seeing its two-dimensional picture. Knowledge about directions, architectural textures, environmental and general awareness, mathematical reasoning for visualizing 3D objects, knowledge about pictorial compositions, etc. should be very clear.
NATA 2024 Exam Pattern
The exam pattern is as follows:
- Drawing in visualization composition contains 125 marks.
- Subjects physics chemistry and mathematics contain 22 marks each.
- General aptitude contains 52 marks in total.
- Each question will carry either 1, 2, or 3 marks.
- No negative marking is here in this exam.
NATA 2024 Result Publication
Once the exam will be completed the results will be published online mode on the official website of NATA. Students can log in through their registered email ID and see the results. For the first session, the results has been declared April 2024 and for the second session, the results will be declared in the second week of June 2024.
NATA 2024 Admission Counseling
The counseling would now no longer be centralized for this year. The institutes will individually conduct the counseling process below the NATA counseling authority.
