As per the right-to-education rules and regulations, all non-government schools have a 25% seat reservation for backward-class students in entry-level classes and they can study independently up to 8th grade.

RTE Rajasthan 2024 Application Form
RTE Rajasthan 2024 application form has been released on 6th February 2024, on the official website of Right to Education, Rajasthan.
Various non-government schools are registered with RTE Rajasthan and students who belong to the weaker section classes can apply to get a scholarship for admission to the registered schools of the state of Rajasthan. Application form to fill the simple procedure given below.
- First of all, applicants have to visit the official webpage of Right to Education, Rajasthan.
- Candidates are required to click on the RTE admission portal and click on the student online application link.
- They are required to fill in their personal details to get the registration number and this will be sent to the candidates on their mobile numbers.
- Applicants will be provided with a unique application ID and password.
- After obtaining the registration number, applicants have to enter their next step details such as parent details, address details, and documents, and select the schools from the list of 15 schools falling under their catchment area.
- Applicant needs to submit the application form with the required documents and after submitting the document applicant needs to take the printout.

Age criteria
There are two options through the school for admission to entry-level classes

| Pre Primary 4+ (PP.4+) | 3 years and 6 months or more but age should be less than 5 years |
| Pre Primary 5+ (PP.5+) | 4 years and 6 months or more but less than 6 years |
| First | 5 years or more but less than 7 years |
Other criteria
- The student parents need to be a resident of Rajasthan state.
- Candidates from city schools will not be allowed under any conditions.
- Candidates are required to produce residential proof like ration card / Aadhaar card/voter ID card, driving license/electricity bill/water bill.
- The parent’s income must be less than 5500 to apply in RTE 25 Rajasthan.
Eligibility in categories
The students will be from the weaker section according to the list of rules of the state government.
- Students with HIV / Cancer or students whose parents are suffering from HIV / Cancer
- SC / ST class students
- Students with HIV / Cancer or students whose parents are suffering from HIV / Cancer
- Orphaned children
- PWD Candidates
- Backward class or special backward class students, whose parents have an annual income of Rs. is less than. 1, Lac
- War widows
- Students whose parents’ name is included in the list of BPL category prepared by the state authority
RTE Rajasthan 2024 Result
The result of this exam will be declared on the official website of the Rajasthan and as well as on this page. Applicants can check their results through the location of the school and the name of the school or they can check by selecting the required option, then select the district and enter the block.
They have to enter a captcha and click on the Discover button. Applicants have to select districts, enter the first three letters of the school name, enter the given captcha, and then click Discover if they are searching by school name.
RTE Rajasthan Reporting in School
After obtaining an online lottery, the parent/guardian will have to print out the required application form and report to the parent-school at the stipulated time along with the original documents.
Candidates have to fill the reporting form and take a receipt from the school about the child’s form and pasted photographs on the application form.
The applicant will have to report as per the scheduled schedule and must report immediately to the pre-primary education officer or district officer.
Document verification
In the allotted college, the applicants have to carry the necessary documents, the certificates to be presented by the weaker section –
- Age certificate
- Guardian Annual Income Proof (Annual Income should be less than Rs. 1 Lakh)
