RTE UP 2024 2nd Round Application Form will be Released Soon. The full name of RTE UP 2024 is Right to Education Uttar Pradesh. In the state of Uttar Pradesh, the right to free and compulsory education was established in the year 2010 April. The rule was enacted to reserve 25 percent of seats for applicants belonging to weaker sections and ensure their free education in non-government schools located in the state of Uttar Pradesh.

In the state of Uttar Pradesh, each non-government school will reserve about 25 percent of seats for applicants belonging to the weaker section of society. However, through the state’s 2009 Act, seats will be reserved to provide entry-level classes to eligible applicants for free and compulsory education.

The state authority rule has decided that all private schools located in Uttar Pradesh have to reserve 25 percent of seats for applicants who belong to the weaker section to provide direct entry-level classroom admissions in the past. According to the Act, eligible applicants will be able to get free education from primary class and first class to eighth grade in the school.

RTE UP 2024 Application Form

The 2nd Round application form for RTE UP will be released in March 2024. The application form will be available in Both modes (Online /Offline). Parents can fill out the form with the necessary documents which are required for admission.

• Applicants who wish to appear for the admission process need to visit the official website of the university and get all the details of the admission process.
• To fill out the RTE UP form, candidates must first go to the official website.

After receiving the home page, the link to the RTE will appear, after the link is open, fill in the information sought in the registration and application form correctly and take out the printout. RTE UP Application Form 2024 will be filled only as per the scheduled dates.

Applications of any student will not be accepted after the last date fixed. Applicants are also instructed to check the information available on the official website of the university related to eligibility criteria and important instructions for the admission process.

All the information filled in the application form should be correct and correct. By filling in any wrong information, the student’s application can be canceled. Students will have special attention to fill the information sought correctly.

And at the time of registration, applicants are instructed to enter some required details like name, contact number, email ID, date of birth, etc.

RTE UP 2024 Eligibility Criteria

Important information related to the eligibility criteria for the reference of the applicants is mentioned below:

Domicile:

• The student must be a permanent resident of the state of Uttar Pradesh at the time of admission.
• To get admission, the student must hold a valid domicile certificate of the state of Uttar Pradesh.

Age Criteria:

• The student must be under 14 years of age at the time of admission.

RTE UP 2024 Admission Selection Process

The official authority of the school will conduct the admission process as per the rules of the state authority. The state authority rule has fixed that all private schools located in Uttar Pradesh must reserve 25 percent of seats for applicants who belong to the weaker section to provide direct entry-level classroom admissions in the pre-primary class and first grade.

• First of all, students have to fill out the application form.
• The lottery will be issued after the completion of the application process.
• Students who will be named in the lottery will be given admission.
