CPNET 2025 Application form
First and foremost, aspirants must visit the official website of the Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences. Applicants must click on the registration link and enter all registration details, after which an OTP will be sent to the registered phone number for verification.
Applicants must enter their username and password in the required fields when filling out the CPNET 2025 registration form. They must upload their required documents following their specifications and pay the registration fee. Applicants can submit it and also print it for future reference.
Application fee
- The registration fees for CPNET 2025 are Rs.1000/- for applicants from the General and OBC categories.
- In addition, applicants from the SC/ST caste must pay a registration fee of Rs. 500/-.
Applicants who fill out the online registration form must pay the money using a Debit Card, Credit Card, Net Banking, or e-Challan at SBI bank.

- Before applying for the CPNET 2025 entrance exam, he/she must ensure that they meet the necessary academic qualifications and age requirements.
- Applicants who wish to apply may do so by completing the Application form on the official web portal via online means.
- Applicants can log in with their id and password, inform, and enter the right information. Full name, date of birth, category, gender, domicile, qualification exam details, marks obtained, mobile number, correspondence address, and permanent address, among other things.
- Following that, attach/upload the needed qualification documents such as tenth and twelfth-grade mark sheets/certificates and other documents.

CPNET 2025 Eligibility Criteria
Those who intend to apply for the CPNET 2025 examination must first ensure that they meet the qualifying conditions before filling out the registration form.
- Applicants must be Uttar Pradesh residents to apply.
- To apply, they must have finished their high school and intermediate studies in Uttar Pradesh.
- Applicants must be at least 17 years old as of December 31st of the admission year.
- Applicants must be no older than 35 years old as of December of the admission year for the GNM course.
- Applicants must be no older than 30 years old as of December of the admission year for the ANM course.
- Applicants must have completed 10+2 from a recognized board in the field in which they desire to apply for CPNET.
CPNET 2025 Admit Card
Applicants who complete the registration form and make the payment will be eligible to get their admit card. Applicants will not be able to get their admit cards through email or rapid post. All candidates must obtain their admission cards from the Uttar Pradesh University’s official website.
By inputting their usernames and passwords, applicants will be able to download their admit cards. The admit card is a required document that all applicants must present into the examination venue; without it, access into the hall is not permitted.
CPNET 2025 Result
The CPNET 2025 Result will be published on the Official Website of the Uttar Pradesh University of Medical Sciences, and applicants who took the exam can access their results online using their login id. If candidates are dissatisfied with their results, they can file a challenge for Rs. 500/-.
If there is no error in the calculation, this amount will be repaid to the applicants. Applicants must be kept up to date on the timetable.
CPNET 2025 Cut Off
The cut-off marks are the qualifying marks that applicants will use to choose themselves for the counseling session. It will be made public after the results are announced. Cut-off marks are the required qualifying marks for passing an examination depending on the applicants’ marks.
CPNET 2025 Counselling
The counseling method will be carried out by authorities, and applicants who have qualified in the examination and have been shortlisted in the merit list will be called out for the counseling session.
Eligible applicants should bring the necessary documentation to the counseling facility for verification. The institution will release a merit list that will be used to select applicants for admission.
