- Age Restrictions: There are no age restrictions for applying to the examination.
- Citizenship: Applicants must be Indian citizens.
Educational Qualifications: Applicants must have a Bachelor’s Degree and/or a Master’s Degree, or a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Technology with a specialty in Physics and Math. - Required Marks: They should have a Bachelor’s Degree and/or a Master’s Degree with at least 50% marks and a B.E/B.Tech with a concentration in Science & Mathematics with at least 55% marks.
- Relaxation: According to the Government of India’s guidelines, SC/ST/OBC (non-creamy layer)/PwD applicants are entitled to a 5% reduction in the minimum aggregate marks necessary.
