The application form for AP EdCET 2021 was on July 17, and the entrance exam is scheduled for September 21. Sri Venkateswara University will begin the online application process on behalf of APSCHE. The online application form 2021 must be completed on the exam’s official website.

The AP EdCET test is a state-level computer-based exam that is administered online. Candidates who pass the AP EdCET exam will be admitted to B.Ed programs at universities throughout the state of Andhra Pradesh.

On July 16, 2021, the AP EdCET 2021 exam notification was published on the official website. The exam administering authorities have released the application form, admit card availability, and exam dates on the official website.

The application form for the AP EdCET has been posted by Andhra University (AU) in Vishakhapatnam and may be found at sche.ap.gov.in. Candidates must complete the application on or before the deadline.

Only those applicants who have received a minimum of 50% in their graduation or post-graduation can apply for this exam. The application price for this exam can only be paid online. How to Fill the AP EdCET

  • Step 1: Go to sche.ap.gov.in, which is the official website.
  • Step 2: Locate the application form link and complete the application form.
  • Step 3: After that, you must pay the application fee.
  • Step 4: After you’ve made your payment, begin filling out the application form.
  • Step 5: Fill in the blanks with information on the candidate, their address, the specifics of the common entrance exam, and their address.
  • Step 6: After filling out all of the required information, upload the documents requested in the application form, such as photographs and signatures.
  • Step 7: Preview the application form before submitting it, and then print it off after submitting it.

AP EdCET 2021 Eligibility Criteria

The Andhra Pradesh State Council of Higher Education, Amravati, establishes the eligibility requirements on behalf of Sri Venkateswara University, Tirupati. Before applying for the exam, candidates must be aware of the eligibility requirements. More information about the eligibility conditions can be found further down.


Candidates who are citizens of India are eligible to take this test.

Age Limit

Candidates applying for the exam must be at least 19 years old to be considered. There are no age restrictions.

Educational Qualification

Before applying for this exam, the candidate must meet specific educational requirements. Some of these have been covered in more detail below.

  • Candidates must have completed or been in their last year of a bachelor’s degree. 
  • Candidates must have a minimum of 50% in their undergraduate and postgraduate degrees.
  • Candidates who have earned a 50 percent grade in their B.E/B. Tech (with Physics and Mathematics) are also eligible to take the exam.
  • Candidates can apply for the exam if they have completed a 5-year integrated degree program in any relevant subject.

AP EdCET 2021 Exam Pattern

The AP EdCET is offered in both English and Telugu. Candidates who choose Urdu as their language will receive the paper in that language as well. Please see the table below for further details on the exam pattern.

  • Exam Mode: It is given in an online format.
  • Exam Duration: The exam will take 2 hours to complete.
  • The test is divided into three components.
  • A couple of queries: In total, there are 150 questions.
  • Except for English methodology, the AP Ed CET exam paper will be in English and Telugu. Students who prefer to write the Entrance exam in Urdu will be given an Urdu paper, and they must choose Kurnool as their test center.

AP EdCET 2021 Admit Card

The AP EdCET 2021 Admit Card can be downloaded from the official website. Within 15 days of the test, the council will issue the admit card. To sit for the exam, all applicants must bring their admit card 2021 to the examination hall. The admit card will contain all exam information, including the candidates’ name and roll number, exam center, exam day, and time.

AP EdCET 2021 Result

Andhra Pradesh University will announce the results. Candidates must go to the official website to check their results. The merit list will also be produced based on the candidates’ final grades. The following are the steps to check the outcome:

The procedure for checking the AP EdCET 2021 results is outlined below.

  • Step 1: Go to the AP EdCET official website.
  • Step 2: Select the link to view the results from the drop-down menu.
  • Step 3: Enter the hall ticket number as well as the registration number.
  • Step 4: On your screen, you’ll see the AP EdCET.
  • Step 5: Save the AP EdCET result to your computer and print it out.

AP EdCET 2021 Counselling 

The counseling process will be released by the APSCHE. The candidates’ merit lists will be used to guide the counseling process. Candidates must appear in person at the counseling center with all relevant documentation. The candidate will be assigned places in colleges after the counseling process. Candidates must enroll in counseling and pay for it. The following is the information on the counseling fee.

Candidates will be notified of their final allotment through mail/final result list, and they must report to the designated college by the stipulated deadline, failing which they will forfeit their entitlement to admission.
